1. Start regedit.
2. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings
3. Modify/Create DWORD Value of Data type REG_DWORD Named "MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server"
4. Setting for Value Data: [0000000a]
5. Modify/Create DWORD Value of Data type REG_DWORD Named "MaxConnectionsPerServer"
6. Setting for Value Data: [0000000a]
7. Close regedit
