Remove logoff from start menu

This can be considered a security tip. If you want to remove Log Off from Start Menu, do the following:

1. Start regedit.
2. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion \Policies\Explorer.
3. Modify/Create DWORD Value of Data type REG_DWORD Named "StartMenuLogoff".
4. Give it a value 1 to remove Log Off menu, 0 to restore Log Off menu.
5. Close regedit.
